RE: PSN/RLEDoing the quick DD on RLE, their storage system is not near as streamlined or sophisticated as PSN.
They are doing work in Texas, New Mexico, and now in Northern Alberta, Evaporation control is a concern in the South, but they have clients and 15-20 year contracts.
RLE - The tiny PERCH of Fluid tanks.
PSN - The MUSKIE looking for it's next meal!
