RE: Vero - property sale $27 - 42 million. The 10% NPV is given at $27m, so I expect they are looking for that number, and hoping for something better...............so somewhere from 67c to $1 per share.This means they are up against it, in terms of bank lines. It also means they are not going to issue new shares at current prices (ie they know they are undervalued) and selling off non-core parts is a useful mean of realizing shareholder value.
