re: UMU9 and reserves. Don't we need test results for inclusion to reserves not just TD? Tests could take more than 3 or 4 weeks.

re: AGIP agreement. Don't we need the usual government/partner approval for news releases? Or has this been pre-approved alread and just waiting for ink on paper?
