On closer inspection of the Boma Award that Noveko recently won in NFLD, this award is the TOP Award, their is no better. It is only awarded to the Cream of the Crop for oustanding service and product developement to the Commercial Realestate Industry. It was bestowed upon them by the president and it is such a prestigious award that it isn't granted every year. The Top Players at this ceremnoy were the likes of SNC Lavilin, Fortis, Dundee, and Cadillac Fairview and it honored Noveko with the Prize. From my understanding, these Large commercial firms want to be first in line with Eco/Enviro/Green buildings which are soon to be the standard norm as required under Canada's move towards a Greener Environment. Noveko has acquired all the certification< leeds etc to accomplish this as was recognized with the Ceremony and Award. Delmic guessed it was the Cadillac Fairview building in Montreal. I dont know if Noveko is the only firm offering this technology. I do know its the only one that has been recognized by Big Industry at this event. Something is up. The silence is deafening.
