911... Apparently, you want to shift the blame of your own decision on someone else... The responsibility of managers is not to support the price of your shares, but to increase the value of the company. They are not issuing a news because the price is low but rather because there is something to announce! When a young excited and unexperimented shareholder email the IR and asked to when the next news will be released (in the hope of playing this information alone...) should we be surprised to see no response from the IR?

BTW incomplete lots often come from private agents who initially bought XXX$ of OPL rather than XXX shares...or from employees who received shares in a compensation plan.
