Has I have stated before the ceiling on the stock is due to warrant holders selling shares in advance of exercising.

They sell now and exercise their warrants on or near the last day, that is why the company knows it will have the

dollars the need for the NSR buy out. I don't mind this since I can pick-up huge amounts of shares on the cheap.

There is however one thing that has me wondering, whys is the company not trying to arrange a trade between the

sellers (of the warrants) and a potential buyer (maybe Chinese) ? This would accomplish 2 things, first lift the

overhang of shares that is keeping the price depressed and second put pressure on Korea Zinc to get the best

deal possible. I have sent an e-mail to the management but no answer yet, I will post their response if and when I

get it.
