Can Someone Explain???

What is the sense of removing a few thousand in debt by issuing cheap shares?  If the reason is to reward some principles, I can understand that.  What is difficult to comprehend is that any support for AXE has totally dried up.

  

Someone has just cashed in a few thousand shares for a whopping $80.
