Ask yourself why they are able to offer a good dividend. And ask yourself why PSN is valued at over $11 and new ONR at less than $2. That will tell you where the $$$ came from for old ONR.  Both plays are very good. Given that the eligibility cutoff date for the Dec dividend is in 10 days, I would be very surprised if we didn't see some heavy buying before then.

Do your DD and invest in whatever makes you sleep well at night.
