He is the Chairman of the board for ONR, a high level Lawyer as well. 
I'd say he may know a thing or two about ONR prospects.
That said...This is the PSN Board . . . 
Sell ALL your PSN on Monday and move to the ONR site.
Did you do any DD on this spinoff??? What part of EASY DOUBLE did you not hear an analyst on BNN say????
