BHP PlansI would wait and see what happens here. Right now these plans all look good on paper but in reality will they move from paper to production. With current projects in Western Canada there's already a shortage of skilled labor. Some would estimate the average
non skilled wage is costing between $60 and $100 an hour ( Housing, meals, flights, benefits etc. costed in.). Many companies in the Oil Sands have had to build 4 and 5 star accommodation to attract workers. Now we have perhaps 2 new LNG projects on the B.C. Coast and a Billion dollar upgrade at the Smelter in Kitimat. Potash Corp has been expanding in N.B. with a new mine adjacent to their current operation. This has taken years to build without a $1 worth of ore to show yet. Link to Potocan N.B. update. 5 years and counting

So everyone is yapping about all this tonnage coming into production. But the question is when? And many of you have forgotten that the World Population is going to keep growing in the interim. So how can we know the demand for fertilizer 7 to 10 years from now?
This is one reason I believe in Allana. I don't think it will take more than 2 years to see some production. As the saying goes a " Bird in the Hand is Worth 2 in the Bushes" . Don't forget,
It costs a lot of money to do anything in Canada, not to mention time!
The economy is growing quickly in Ethiopia for a reason. A business minded government provides a strong incentive for foreign ivestment. Do some reading you'll be very surprised about Ethiopia, not the story it was 10 or 20 years ago.
