It is all about who you sorround yourself and who are you advisors! 

If I were CEO of an explorico I would want the Board to be a balance between between exprience and young/dynamic individuals advising me.  If 2 directors are retired and they are sitting on the Slam Board, that is statement in itself.  Why are there no women on the Board?
