Where is the balance...experience vs. youth/drive/energy?  I agree, these guys may be nice individuals and did some amazing things 40 years ago for other comapnies, but how about Slam? 

Maybe one these guys could have stopped Mike from drilling 900 m away from the bonanza zone at RC and drilled deep at the bonanza hole Slam would not be at 8 cents today!
