Makes me wonder if there is a buyer that is very interested in PBN.  A potential strategy could be to short  both PBG and PBN for months - depressing the stock prices for both companies for an extended period, then come in with low - mid priced offers for both...since shareholders have been worn down and fed up they will be happy to take say $15 for PBN versus something more reasonable in the mid 20's. Unload PBG after you are done. The buyer may take a loss on the shorting, but win big time with a great price for the whole enchilada - that is PBN.  Just a thought.
