So the Analysts will look good with the $15

targets since a Takeover would probably have an offer such.
So the question is how did they know.
I guess the FLY ON THE WALL would know but all kidding aside it looks to me
this is how this is being played out and some know the game and some don't (Bulls vs Bears)
