Why would FNI even consider consolidation? They have a strong balance sheet (check their latest financials) with plenty of cash. They didn't even need to use the loan that they worked so hard to acquire. The reality is that the share price is what it is as we go through difficult times and shaky markets. At the end of the day fundamental values will prevail and market forces will return to normal. Until then this company will trade sideways, maybe even down a bit. By third quarter next year they should be showing some profit with better times ahead. Until then we wait. According to MD&A things are on track and looooooking good. Patience will be rewarded.
