The OFDM and DSSS patents are good only for WIMAX and WIFI. WIMAX will only be an also ran, at the very best, in the long run and WIFI licensing has been maxed out.
The current sales numbers and guidance will only take it up to 9+, and that too if the market improves in a big way.
The only way this SP is going past 10 and up to 15 or more is if we sign up a significant deal with a big player, categorically for 4G. And till that time, nobody is going to even bother taking over WIN.
