your insinuation that TIC would have to dilute millions of shrs in order to get into production suggests that you arent mkt savvy. See, a LOI would likely allow TIC to borrow $ and a small PP would likely go along with that as well, to allow institutions to get in on the stocks potential. Banks like LOI's especially if they come from big entities.

there is more than one car company out there, i suspect at the end of the day , there is more than enough room for more than one 'cleanup tec' for the oilsands and they will need to get on that faster than they thought at the rate N Dakota (and soon Montana) has started producing oil, the old fashioned kind.
