Carrao EnergyI really wish there was more disclosure on this.
HAs anyone been able to find anything on Carrao?
It appears it's a new corporation - perhaps February of this year. 51,199,999 shares were issued at 45 cents, as per an OSC filing. All privately held. So between February and November the shares increased to a perceived value of 58 cents. A 28% return on a company that apparently has no public information in a market climate where returns have been flat for pretty much every stock out there, but -20% for oil/gas stocks. That alone is interesting. Gambe is a director of Carrao (among half a dozen other corporate affiliations).
No mention of Carrao on the ANH site anywhere - none of the listed assets match up.
It would seem that Canacol has invented Carrao given the almost complete absence of evidence of their existence. It might be easier to find prrof of God than proof of Carrao.
