RE: Going to be....I've been in this for a couple of years now and my initial expectations, based on VEN, were that we would drill the cwap out of California just as VEN was doing and do a share price catchup. Well, we had what? bad luck?, technical issues? bad driller to start? Whatever, we didn't follow VEN and it's now, no way for $10+. If we hit $3.00 before we are taken out, we'll be lucky. Oh sure, we'll get an offer say 20 - 30% over our 10 day average but I can't see Mr. Moneypants next door ponying up for anywhere near the dollars he paid for VEN. Why should he? He doesn't make money giving it to us. He makes money from buying undervalued assets. Did he not say the VEN was worth much more than he paid? We are natural fit for his operation and at an even lower elevation, although that is not an issue for either property. We are seeing good numbers out of both properties but, we can hardly keep up with the share price of the one trick pony CBJ who have done almost no drilling on there property as compared to us. Yes, we're manipulated and we'll stay that way until that generous "premium" offer comes in from next door. I now begrudgingly guess at under 3 bucks. With that scenario, this is not a retirement maker for me, so I damn well hope I'm wrong but, the way this stock is trading, I doubt it.
