Alacer Gold?

Alacer Gold?Alacer Gold (formed from the Merger of Anatolia + {forgot the name}) owns I believe most of the remainder of the Australian Frog's Leg Mine.  Perhaps Alacer might take out La Mancha?  I happen to own shares in both Alacer and La Mancha.  Also heard that this morning the australian parliament passed the new mining tax - by a very slim margin.  Sort of a coincidence?  Anyway, not ALL of La Mancha's operations are in Australia, neither are Alacer's.  It pays to diversify mining operations internationally - case in point.  Maybe the effect of the new mining tax has already been factored into La Mancha's share price.  It was, after all, UP today, despite the news having been released early this morning....
