RE:rapid_fire_ SPECIAL MESSAGE:

RE:rapid_fire_ SPECIAL MESSAGE:GO LEAFS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Kessel and Lupel both lead the league. Kessel now #1 all categories and Lupel #3 and moving up to Kessel fast.  Phaneuf, one of the leading scoring and point-getting defensemen.  For the 2nd youngest team in the league with no real goaltender (Reimer, our #1, still out with concussion-like symptoms) we are doing quite nicely, thank you.  Vancouver will never win with that goaltender of yours and they must learn not to choke every time they get close.  Sorry, rapid_fire_, but Vancouver has had its day.  Do you remember when the Canucks were a Toronto Maple Leaf western league farm-team in the Smythe-Ballard days?  Watch out for Pittsburgh now that the KID is back (4 points the first game back).

Market has responded positively to the steps taken by Innvest Management.  They like the cut in payout; the return to a pure Trust; and Normal Course Issuer Bids, and the overall clarity of where we are going and how we will get there.  Investing in your own assets is smart and a lot of Innvest's "lower end" hotels could use an upgrading to at least 4 star. For those buying now, good for you.  Warren Buffet does it just when everyone is bailing and he isn't going broke anytime soon.  The reality is thus:  in spite of this horrible recession/depression, there are vast numbers of people who have been essentially untouched by all of this and will travel in spite of the economic and macroeconomic factors.  To them, life goes on, barely unchanged from 2007 and these are the travellers that Innvest wants as guests, not the weekenders who jump into their chevy looking for that 299.00$ weekender special including all meals for a family of 4.  For them, a motel would better suit their needs.  The rich have gotten richer since 2007 and the poor.....obviously poorer...it is unfortunate and I think that this is what those protesters were trying to articulate somehow but never managed to.  We all would like to see more equality in our society but unfortunately, greed apparently still rules...big time!  Truly, those in need go begging while the rest go shopping in the most expensive shoppes along Bloor Street here in Toronto.  The differences are stark.  The Occupiers needed to articulate their concerns differently, perhaps, from within the system, instead from some park camped out in dirty tents.  I know here in Toronto, few, if any, really listened to them or even cared to.

rapid_fire_:  if the Canucks are to ever challenge for the Cup again, they need to get rid of Luongo.
