These last few years I have developped good communication based relationships with the people within the Mega offices.

What has stood out for me has been their dedication, hard work and belief in what they are building.

Sure we have had challenges with the Headway.

Yes, the markets have not been kind to us shareholders.

But through all of this management continues to work hard each and every day.

We have the foundation in place now for something big.

Just like that new condo building down the street that has taken more than 1 year to dig the hole and put the foundation and services into place yet it still appears to be making little progress.

But soon I know that the walls will tower and people will begin to take notice.

Matter of fact I am planning to visit the sales office of that new Condo because maybe it is time for me to look for a view of the skyline as I approach that time where one takes life with an appreciation for each and every day.

Regardless of what it may appear to some this is a jewel of a company that suffers the normal struggles of the times.
