At current levels the stock is very cheap ... The company has $70MM in NET cash (after debt) + ~$400MM in marketable securities.
You net out its cash + investments...your getting two producing gold mines at roughly 100-120koz per annum, a synergistic smelter and Krumovgrad for only ~$600MM. This is giving Krumo essentially zero value and only a fraction of the value for Chelopech and Deno.
This stock is going higher IMO ..look out for Q4 results ...they are going to be even better than the record Q3 results they just put out.
