Insider Trading Question

Insider Trading QuestionI was wondering if the same rules for insider trading apply to the directors living in the US and trading BKM (PBM)shares on the AMEX. There seems to be a lot of trading lately with PBM on AMEX and I'm wondering who would be selling that amount if it wasn't an insider. I'm a little disappointed that some of our Canadian directors and especially Deeks who has the most credibility as a directors in the company is selling at a time when we are supposably so close to a decision on our EA. I suppose that we all have reasons for selling but I just feel the timing is off a bit for my own liking, however I've never been a director of a public company either.

On another note, I'm starting to fret a little more (as if I haven't already) over the exceedingly long delay on this supposably non biased report from an outside consultant regarding the EA. Funny  when things don't seem to be going your way how you start looking for a cat to kick. I'm almost there!
