sales of 040 must be going to the moon, i got an email recently saying your trial is over and i can buy it or extent the trial for 5 bucks.

Are they begging people to use it?

I got my trial pack in august so it should have expired in sept, but the best part is i never even installed it after reading the terms.  Intertesting to know it just expired but was never registered.
