It does not seem that 'the partial NR's' is an item that could lead to successful legal action. Full details were posted on SEDAR and this entire approach will be counterproductive.
There is another legal issue that BioExx has to face. I do not know if that case will hold to the legal test either.
At this stage I am willing to gamble on by purchasing a huge block and wait for the updraft. I acknowledge that management did not perform to our liking but we do not know the issues that came to bear upon them. Truly there ought to be gross disaffection. We must get pass this and make some money.
