Denison Mines Corp. is a Canada-based uranium exploration and development company focused on the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The Company holds a 95% interest in the Wheeler River Project, which is a uranium project. It hosts two uranium deposits: Phoenix and Gryphon. It is located along the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin in northern Saskatchewan. It holds a 22.5% ownership interest in the McClean Lake joint venture (MLJV), which includes several uranium deposits and the McClean Lake uranium mill. It also holds a 25.17% interest in the Midwest Main and Midwest A deposits, and a 67.41% interest in the Tthe Heldeth Tue (THT) and Huskie deposits on the Waterbury Lake property. The Company, through JCU (Canada) Exploration Company, Limited, holds indirect interests in the Millennium project, the Kiggavik project, and the Christie Lake project. It also offers environmental services. The Company also uses MaxPERF drilling tool technology and systems.

"ITS BETTER TO BE A YEAR EARLY THEN A DAY LATE" , I totally agree with this, BUT, We are going to have to endure a lot of PAIN before the slingshot upwards with uranium prices. Denison Mines unfortunately will probably test it's yearly low at sub $1.00 levels if the World Markets don't figure out how to fix the Euro Crisis (Germany rejected the euro bond today). We need confidence back in the markets before any kind of retracements upwards and the demand for uranium becomes a major play in the world today. The statement about being a year early is probably about right, because it will probably be about a year before we see any significant changes. It's pretty safe to say that the day late won't happen for a LONG while. The solution is to wait and HOLD and if possible add to the position as the share price drops. Where is the bottom? Most of us have already added to our positions that it is no longer possible to ADD. Sooooo.... the next quote I will leave with you: "Patience, is a Virtue"
