LawsuitFor what its worth, my opinion is that they won't proceed with a lawsuit, unless of course they can link the posters to short sellers, which DL has said in the past he was going to do what he could to stop them. Civil suits can take years and then if the person has nothing then the judgment means nothing.
Although I am sure some of the worried posters may be transferring several of their ownership documents to family members to avoid losing their shirts.
All of this brings the question of Pumpers and their liability. I have been thinking about this. So some bashers may be connected to short sellers and those who want the stock to fail. What if some of the extreme pumpers on this board are connected to those who brought the S/P to $3 and then let it drop like a stone. Who knows, some who pumped could now be bashing because their company when from supporters to shorters.
I remember a few from Feb - Mar who are no longer on this board and pumped the crap out of this stock. Will they ever be held accountable for saying, "its going to the moon" "$25 stock" "Big institutional buyers buying" etc...
I don't think there is much difference between a pumper and a basher, they both have an ulterior motive and both can be sued. I remember one poster in June saying a huge company was buying in and we would all see why soon as he worked for that company. I asked him to clarify in a PM and he said I don't want to say, but we would all see who soon. Nothing so far. These types of posters need to all be stopped, it gives people false hope or it makes them doubt their investment.
Either way pumpers and bashers are in the same boat, they both try and manipulate the s/p by either exaggerating the good or bad. Neither is above board, and both should be looked into. When it comes down to it, they both make legit investors lose money.
