RE: Good Volume! They are approaching the typical timeframe for a drilling-related nr. The last one was earlier in October and they say in their corp presentation that they intend to release something once every 3-4 weeks. I'm not a big fan of that sort of statement because it sets false expectations (anyone familiar with Rio Novo will know they set a similar expectation that they could not meet) but with their own Acme lab on site (gotta love the commitment!) and 15+ drills, they definitely have the means to accomplish it.
Even without a new release in the coming days, still lots of reasons to be pleased with BSX and to know that they will serve as catalysts whenever the timing determines:
- focused on extension drilling on the eastern end of Grota Seca where they hit those high-grade results reported in late Aug
- RC drilling in an area north of Grota Seca that they are calling Greia - whole new strike area ?????
- something I had speculated on a while back, and that is they are now finding more intercepts between Grota Seca and Ouro Verde that show they might actually be able to link them up into one continuous strike
- as of the Oct 11 nr they said that they still had results pending for 80+ holes and expected to release them over the next two months (so by end of Dec)
- new resource estimate is to be calculated by end of 2011 and published in early 2012
- BFS is still showing for completion (and publishing?) by end of Q2/2012
