why?

why?...did insiders buy hundreds of thousands of shares @ $1.15 recently...cuz they wanted to fool us into thinking the price would go up and then dump their millions of shares when we least expect it...NOT!They believe what CEV has is worth a lot more...it's not anymore complicated than that.GL all longs.DLS
