beenthere, I see the point you are trying to make, however, I can't blame the CEO for tying in the pp with a major positive development. These are tough market conditions creating a dangerous environment for any company needing cash. Nobody knows what would be the perfect course of action but overall I don't think this was a bad decision. The company only raised a million dollars, and the discount is completely normal. MDG's financing was at a premium because the lead investor was a big pharmaceutical company. Don't forget that MDG did a huge financing at a discount and a 5 year warrant on the day of their DARPA news...just something to keep in mind. Cheers, TB.
