You did not read what I said.  I said the 4 year cluase if it exists how will that be handled ?.   2017 to 2020 was my suggestion of a time line. I do know about Teck who is straining to be a world class biggie but is not there yet.  They need some highly profitable projects to get there.

    Retired now but having spent much of my life in the mining industry I do have a vague of how things work. Another question securing of shipping facilities at the port of Stewart.  How come no prices or costs were stated. Is it an agreement in principal ? Is there a exit penalty if it is not carried out ?   Do you know why or who Jack Elsworth and his partner areor why they were chosen rather than doing it themselves ?         Was it that they did not want to outlay the cash due to uncerntainty?  In your retort you sound Like a guy who carrys a lunch box.  As far as issues unions are as much of an issue to C/F as any other company.

British Columbia is one of the highest Unuionized jurisdictions in North America. Unuions and Business are not the best of buddies.
