20% of pre money value of Ortsbo as dividend

As per the news release, 20% of the pre money value of Ortsbo will be distributed to shareholders as a common stock dividend. If Ortsbo will be valued at 250 million USD then 50 million worth of Ortsbo shares will be distributed to shareholders of a certain record date to be set early in January. Shareholders will still retain ownership of the spin off NewCo. through direct ownership in Intertainment shares.....
