RE: Q4 production report

RE: Q4 production reportQ4 is year end and the annual report has traditionally been Jan. 26th of the following year. I was getting concerned as well given the drop in stock prices. Contacted Jason Roy, their IR contact and he assure me everything on the Jan 2011 independant operational assessment is on track. That production is expected to be reported at about 75K tonnes and that the new veins and stocks anticipated were to be exploited. Go to their website under Sedar reports and look up this report .... it's quite extensive, but outlines thoroughly their history, current operations, pricing contingencies future mine development plans for Cantung and personnel and operational details. I believe I scanned it some time ago before taking a position and now, rereading it has been quite reassuring if what Jason says is true that they on track. The pricing assumptions for instance were based on Mineral Bulletin posted pricing of $315-325 APT, while current pricing is in the low $400. Let me know if I've got that wrong....though....  All other projections appear favourable.
It would appear no news is indeed good news... but the wait the wait till Jan 26th will test our patience... comparison to Malaga is that production is several time greater and appears to be "on track".
