Don't worry about your peny loss. You'll be better off as these warrants will be repriced lower lower lower upon expiry.

In today's market, even real things are no longer worth that much. People are not intersted in something with the so called future potential. I wonder how these ventures can raise money to survive. 

CD's companies have already lost that kind of momentum usually seen in new ventures. What do the 200m shares outstanding and a 0.02 sp mean? These are signs of sustained long-time failures. The company, as with CD's others, has passed the point of no return as a venture. How CD comes to the rescure?

He also messed up his ZNR.
