Alternative

AlternativeIt seems everyone acknowledges that Frank and Company have failed to be transparent by most peoples standards, or meet any targets they themselves set.  At the end of the day Frank is responsible for everything to do with this company as he is utlimately in charge. It seems there are a lot of shares represented on this board. Possibly enough to effect change. It  also seems most on this board know what it necessary to make this company work. Maybe everyone can agree to select a  representative from this board. That person with everyones backing can go to Frank and tell him in no uncertain terms to set out a clear path, be transparent and meet deadlines or those on this board will vote as a block against the current slate of directors at the next AGM. Yes, people on this board will have to co-operate, but at the end of the day it is doing something to effect positive change.
ALL IMHO
