On the TSX-V, not bloody likely, indeed, not even on the TSX unless someone makes a huge stink, and it's got to be a 'someone' who counts, not just you, or I, or another of the unwashed.
Am I cynical ? Eh, yes, having been played in these markets for manymany years.
Part of the challenge is that the rules are not remotely as clean and clear as one would believe, another part is that so many games are being played, by so many players in so many sand pits, that I doubt there enough investigators on the planet to do the job, and finally, the whole system 'requires', apparently, some deviation from the ideal - which is putting it very politely.
ie, its a wild west here and always has been, with a very thin veneer of respectability.
The only difference with the major exchanges, the NYSE, LSE etc, is the veneer is thicker; the games are the same.
As for this pos, I'm waiting, like everyone else, to see why we were so massively dumped on today.
