Mobile data... is being kept confidential by David for a reason. I wonder if the 210 million USD offer for Ortsbo only includes the 40 million unique monthly users as stated in press releases? If the mobile data is significant, would it not add to the value of Ortsbo? I see the 210 million as a lowball offer and would not be surprised to see a higher offer as the time for the spin out approaches..
