Ortsbo 's New SP on NYSX

Any guess to what the SP will be for Ortsbo when it moves to the new exchanges?
What will the SP be for Int when Ortsbo moves on leaving behind what was it $210,000,000 or something? Thats Mad money for Intertainment to use to incubate away & Spin off !!!
One last question any idea's to what the share value to holders of Int that get a Special Dividend for Ortsbo will be, some say 1-5 and 1-3 shares of int to Ortsbo?
