Does this mean they can't provide RFP's & book new business in certain seasons?  I don't care how or when they get new contracts as long as the margins remain & growth occurs. Now that you mention it, CVX does look like a GIC - very low liquidity & price doesn't hardy change..If you think stating the facts about their revenues for the past year & next 2 qtrs. is boring to to shareholders on this site, maybe reread your response & let "us" know what insight your rant brought to the table..P.S: When you start to contribute cash to my portfolio,then you can advise when to sell..Until then, I will make all the decisions..
