RE: RE: looking forward to the q3 results, aren'tElinvestor, its all about the bottom line, not the top line. Every idea put forth by shareholders to refocus the company has been subject to ridicule and dismissed but the telling is in the results, not in the bull manure provided by the Board and past and current top management. To answer your question about why 25% when the sales of ATQ are greater, the key is to look at the net. What do the proforma combined results tell you? The combined results tell you that with Walker's Artaflex with its lower top line, the combined entity is profitable. That means that Walker, with his sales of $20 million is very profitable.
It means that Walker's expertise and proven successful track record in the ems sector creates shareholder value. You may remember when Walker joined Adeptron as VP Sales and Marketing. What happened? He went into the market and bought and paid for shares in the company. His actions and presence resulted in the stock reversing its downward trend and it surpassed
.40/share. So why did the Board get rid of a winner? Was he too much of a threat to bloodsucking activities? The leadership direction needed to change then and it needs to change now. I think we now will have a leader who is a builder. Finally an end to the bloodsucking ways of the past.
If you would like to discuss this further offline, please send me an email at forensics2review@yahoo.com as you strike me as a knowledgeable, informed, concerned investor who has been ignored by the Board and management for far too long.
