Goldbrook will recieve 20% of revenue for their 25% even after they pay back their fair share of mine construction until its paid off.
So lets assume that this project makes 100 million per year. It could make hundreds of milions per year but lets assume that this project makes 100 million. 20% of 25 million is what???? 5 million per year.
GBK will get 5 million per year above and beyond their mine pay back at 100 million profit.
Think 5 years from now when prices for nickel and copper are a lot higher and the mine is all paid back and the profit up there is 500 million per year. What is 25% of 500 million???? 125 000 million
put at 12 p/e and we are looking at 1.5 billion. Lets assume that gbk has 300 million shares by this time.
5 dollars per share.
So JJ can pay up now or they will pay up huge later. And I mean huge.
Yah, I would take some cash now and move on but if it goes the distance, I'll be fine with that too.
