In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Insiders Get Another

12 million options priced @ .135. What a joke. Get rich quick scheme that will eventually fall apart IMO. There are just way too many shares & cheap options out there for this company to succeed. They would have to find all the oil left in the world to get any realistic evaluation. Geez talk about looking after ones self. Something has to give & after the speculators have driven PTA up & the sheep in retail buy it all up guess where the SP will end up?
