The first reaction to this news is negative: it's share dilution. But ultimately it depends on what they will use the $8 mil for. Has drilling revealed very attractive targets that they want to develope as quickly as possible, or have they got the chance to buy up some property with good reserves and near their mill? Are they working on some deal (with surrounding property owners) to put a concentrator or mill at Barry and need the cash to make it work? Having extra cash in hand is allways a good thing when people around you want to sell or do a deal. Only time will tell how this turns out. They are too close to production and the price of gold is looking too good for me to consider this enough of a negative to bail out now, and depending on what they use the money for, it could be a big positive.
