What the heck is right....?

I don't understand the trading in this company.
I guess that either someone wants to buy in really bad or there could be pending news.

How do you go from a beat down to $5.50 level with a double digit yield and then start moving up towards the 52 week high area within weeks.

What happenned to all the concerns regarding there high dividend payout and yield?

hmmm.
What I'm missing? Anyone know of any news coming before yearend?
