Could that be part of the sp problem, in that management also have their hands on the nr lever, which largely determines the sp., and thus the value of the convertibility clause; the lower the sp the more valuable that clause.
On the other hand, this credit availability solves MRP's cash needs for awhile.
Would have been happy, as a shareholder, to have part of that deal, but, probably for logistic reasons, we shareholders were not offered what management offered themselves.
Not happy to see that convertible feature, without at least a minumum convertible price, say 25 cents. On the other hand, pleased to see the cash available for MRP.
