Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Power Purchase Agreement:

When giving the most recent CNBC interview a good listen and watch, the following:
"We've just flown Mongolian ministries to Hong Kong to work with international lawyer firms to finalize a power purchase agreement". 1.45 mark
Whereas not an exact quote from Mr. Lee (ie: had to write down the comments while listening), I got the impression that we can expect a PPA sooner as opposed to later (ie; maybe as early by year end).
IMO, the power plant permit unlocked the coal at Chandgana but to unlock the value, we need a PPA.
