Low Ball Take Over offer

Low Ball Take Over offer It seems to me that Resolute are taking advantageof current market conditions and trying to steal FBK at a deep discountprice. After all FBK was trading north of $1.60 not all that long ago.Not sure I would want to tender at this low price. Any other shareholderswith their comments?
