Its a bit more than that and even more than Hotschilds contract.

SprottSecurities holds a significant position here and has been publicly pushing for a outright sale of CLLrather than a JV.



It seems now with the fix of production problems and areduction in SORs CLL is primed for a take over.

Insider have been swallowing shares in the massesover the past few weeks.



A take over is very likely before year end at$2.50.
