RE: Insider Trading

RE: Insider TradingWow, you gotta love that. The insider buying speaks for itself...thanks for sharing intowin!!! Thanks to you too Cap, you always provide an invaluable service to this board, can't thank you enough. Lastly, to answer your question skater, I attended the Hard Asset show in San Fran over the weekend. I was there on Sunday. Although I didn't get to see the presentation, I did have a chance to speak with those from Silvercrest and they were all very upbeat. They weren't lacking in attention at the event either. While some company booths remained relatively quiet for most of the day, Silvercrest managed to have a steady flow of folks stopping by to chat. I don't have any real new information to report but I will say, they were VERY excited about the way in which La Joya is progressing. I just got the sense that they were very confident that they had stumbled across something big with this deposit. With the amount of drilling planned for Phase 2, we could very well know by this time next year if La Joya really is a Monster deposit. By the way, did you all catch in the latest press release that they will have "at least" 3 drills running? Maybe that was just a play on words but it jumped out at me and made me wonder if they had plans for adding even more drill rigs at this time. On a side note, Rick Rule spoke at the show this weekend. One of the points he drove home was the fact that his firm was very interested in adding funds to Jr. producers. He pointed out how producers were actually starting to show up on the screens of Value Investors. In other words, folks who are not gold/silver bugs are now starting to take notice, based purely on a valuations. He also made the point that with this economic environment, it would be difficult for mining companies to raise capital. With Silvercrest sitting on a hoard of cash, and their steady cash flow from Santa Elena, it should be much easier for them to operate in the coming months compared to most other miners in the Jr. space. One last thing, James Dines said publicly in his speech that he eventually sees silver reaching $100 to $300. Best of luck to all. Cheers!!! Scott
